Winter in Aizu Wakamatsu
Aizu Wakamatsu is one of those places where you can see a variety of different coloured mostly DMU trains. Although that is less so nowadays, it is still a good spot to see a variety of rolling stock, and the snow adds to the atmosphere.

A JR East (Sendai) E721 on a service soon to depart on a Banetsu West service from Aizu Wakamatsu to Kōriyama. On this particular day there were strong winds and fairly heavy snow, hence the build up of snow on the train. It was one of those journeys where you could not see very much.
