Monorails
This month we take a look at a few monorail systems around Japan.

Tōkyō Monorail 10000 series set was seen approaching the then named Haneda Airport International Terminal Station on the 2nd May 2019 with a Hamamatsuchō bound service. The station was renamed as Haneda Airport Terminal 3 in March 2020.
Ōsaka Monorail 2000 series was seen approaching Saito-nishi on 22nd December 2019. The Ōsaka System is currently the 2nd longest monorail system in the world. The branch to Saito-nishi diverges from the main line at Banpaku-Kinen-Kōen.
"Yui Rail" is the trading name for the Okinawa Urban Monorail servicing the Naha Urban area. It is the furthest west Monorail system in Japan and the only mass transport system in Okinawa Prefecture. A 1000 series set was seen calling at Asahibashi Station on 27th March 2021.
