This month we take a look at Miniature Locomotives which you can see either as a static display or in action at various locations around Japan.

7¼'' gauge D51 Akita Station, This locomotive is on display with one other a 71/4” along with a small collection of steam locomotive memorabilia on the walkway between platforms. 23rd October 2016.
5'' Gauge Loco, taken at The 'Usui Pass Railway Cultural Village' known as Poppo Town, it is located close to the JR East station of Yokokawa, the village opened on an eleven acre site during April 1998. The 5 inch gauge circuit has four steam locomotives and a battery electric self drive train, the steam locomotive in the background is D51 96. 9th October 2016.
